Maestro we selected the Plitron torodial transformer as it is
unmatched and unbeatable in audio applications. It can be seen
attached to the rear of the unit as the big, round object at the
enter of the unit. It is over 97% efficient, meaning your amp will
waste virtually no electricity. This efficiency rating also means
that it generates zero heat.
